We are currently looking for a technical support advisor. This position requires excellent technical, problem solving, and written/verbal communication skills. Applicant must have technical knowledge of vintage and modern motor scooters along with great communication skills for troubleshooting issues in person and over phone/email. Other responsibilities include documenting quality issues, writing service/technical bulletins, and creating service training videos.

Salary commensurate with experience.
